I am an in-network provider for most insurance companies, including:

If you have a high-deductible plan for one of the insurance carriers listed above, please contact them or me for their negotiated rates for outpatient mental health services.  I accept most HSA cards for payment.  

If I am out-of-network for your insurance carrier, please check your out-of-network benefits.  Most likely, you will be reponsible for the full payment at the time of service.  I can provide you a receipt of payment that you may then submit to your insurance company for reimbursement of the covered portion.

 

Fees:

 

If you do not have insurance benefits, or choose not to use them, session fees are:

 

Initial Assessment (55-60 minutes) - $225

Individual Therapy Session (60 minutes) - $165

Individual Therapy Session (45 minutes) - $135

Group Therapy Session (90 minutes) - $55

Forms of Payment:

 

Payment is due at the time of service.  I accept cash, check, credit, and HSA cards. Credit cards are charged through client portal.
